This project included the installation of:

Bonded bead cavity wall Insulation to all external walls 100mm thick.

140mm metac semi-rigid insulation to all ceiling areas & sloped ceilings

Intello Plus airtight membrane to entire ceiling area and sealed to all internal & external walls to give an airtight envelope including Contega SL airtight tape to all windows and doors to seal the gap between the windows and the external walls

Complete Heat Recovery Ventilation System including supply, installation and commissioning of 2nr ProAir 600 units and all associated ductwork, supply points & terminals

300mm Moy Isover Metac Rafter Roll Insulation Between Roof Timbers

Moy Isover metac rafter roll insulation between first floor ceiling joists and another 150mm layer laid across the ceiling joists with 60mm high density insulation fitted to the underside of the ceiling joists

100mm high density rigid insulation fitted between rafters of vaulted ceiling of sun room to rear at the dwelling with 62.5mm high density insulated slabs fitted to underside of the rafters.

150mm Rockwool Acoustic Insulation between ground floor and ceiling Joists

75mm Rockwool Acoustic Insulation between internal stud partitions

100mm thick Xtratherm walk boards in part of attic to allow for attic storage
